ASV Wines has the facilities, resources and experienced winemakers to custom process wines for our customers. Our skilled production team will work independently or in cooperation with your winemakers to produce wines that meet your exact specifications. Our customers may choose from several wine processing styles including tank, barrel and punch down fermentation, oak and sur-lie aging, extended cap maceration, whole cluster pressing and use of oak staves and chips. A variety of other production techniques are available upon request.
We also provide wine for use in sauces and other food products. These premium products are made from 100 percent California wine grapes and may be shipped in bulk, food-grade plastic drums or food-grade totes.
